Tamar Gendler: An Introduction to the Philosophy of Politics and Economics

I’ll take a break from the music videos (for now) and leave you with this. Yes, political philosophy. This was my comment when I originally posted it on Facebook:

This is a really good intro and it’s truly bipartisan - not bipartisan like NPR or FOX, but really bipartisan. The first half is an intro to philosophy and political philosophy, which covers Thomas Hobbes, and the second half is split between 2 positions: John Rawls, who leans democrat, and Robert Nozick, who leans republican. It provides a great framework for how you establish your own position on issues from a philosophical perspective. Also has really great animations to keep things clear. Favorited.
